Camping at RBR
Pitch a tent, or bring the old camper shell, or a couple of warm blankets to sleep on under the stars. If you don't have a tent, you can rent one from Redbeard. The campground is lovely, with an abundance of shaded, riverfront sites.
Air-conditioned and heated "glamping" tent-cabins are available for your camping comfort. They are furnished with queen sized beds, table and chairs, and electric lamps. You may also bring your own tent or rent a dome tent from us.
RV sites are located on high ground and are walking distance from the river and the shower house. All RV sites are supplied with electric (30/50 amp), water and sewer hook-up. Note; RV sites are not shaded.
Are rising gas prices keeping your RV in storage? Park your RV at Redbeard's Ranch and avoid both the hassle of moving it from place to place and the high cost of the gasoline to haul it. With a permanent site at Redbeard's Ranch, you and your family can enjoy the benefits of your very own cozy, Ozark vacation cabin on the Niangua River, ready and waiting for you any time you can get away.
The convenience store is stocked with basic camping supplies and emergency items. Check out our river shoes and RBR tee shirts.
We supply the scenery and the outhouse (A.K.A. "M.O.A.S.H." - Redbeard says, "Guess what M.O.A.S.H. stands for and maybe you'll win a prize").
A shower house with flush toilets and hot showers is available for your camping comfort. Each of the 5 bathrooms is self-contained with it's own private toilet, shower, sink and electrical outlet. The shower house is only a short walk from the main campground and the glamping cabins.
Watch for white-tailed deer, wild turkeys ... and the brightest stars in the Midwest to count yourself to sleep.
